    • Publish research reports based on the research activities of the Research Analyst (RA).

    • Provide an independent and impartial perspective on securities.

    • Offer objective recommendations while disclosing any financial interests in the recommended securities.
    • Deliver research recommendations based on the analysis of publicly available information and verified observations.
    • Conduct annual audits.
    • Display the status of investor complaints on the company’s website.

    • Provide website details including the entity’s name, registration type and number, validity, full address with contact information, and the relevant SEBI regional/local office details.

    • Employ only qualified and certified personnel.

    • Obtain client KYC information from the Client Registration Agency (KRA).

    Details of Services Provided to Investors (No Indicative Timelines):

    • Onboard clients in accordance with regulatory norms.

    • Share a copy of the research analyst agreement with clients.

    • Complete the client KYC process.

    • Distribute research reports and investment recommendations without discrimination.

    • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the research report until made available to the public domain.

    Grievance Redressal Mechanism and Access:

    • Investors should first approach the relevant department of Marketmind Research Pvt. Ltd. for redressal of any complaint. Efforts will be made to resolve grievances within 30 days.

    • If unresolved, investors can lodge a complaint with SEBI through the SCORES portal: https://scores.sebi.gov.in, a centralized complaint redressal system where SEBI takes up the complaint with the concerned intermediary.

    • Do not hand over funds to the Research Analyst for investment.

    • Do not rely on misleading ads or market rumors.

    • Avoid being influenced by discounts, gifts, or time-sensitive incentives.

    • Never share your trading or demat account login credentials.
